Penguins clinch division for the first time in 10 years
Here come the Pens. With the Penguins 4-2 routing of Philadelphia last night, the Penguins have now clinched home ice advantage in the first round of the playoffs. They also clinched the Atlantic division for the first time in 10 years. So, on top of having home ice and the division under their belt, they have a relatively healthy line up. They just got Sidney Crosby back, and with the addition of Marian Hossa at the trade deadline, the Pens might just have the most dangerous and deep line-up in the playoffs this season. A note to the Eastern Conference teams looking to make the finals this year, The Penguins are coming, and they will not be stopped. All of their youngsters have the experience from last years playoffs, and have amazing goal scorers and play-makers in Crosby, Malkin, and Hossa. look for the Pens to be the winners of the Eastern Conference and making a trip to the finals this spring.
